- Add ground puree, saute until oil starts leaving sides.
- Add spice powders and ground spice. saute for a minute.
- Add oyster mushrooms, mix well.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add water and salt. bring to boil.
- Simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until mushrooms are done.
- Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cream. mix well and switch off.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
